For all UK and international shipping we use DHL, and we pay for carbon offset because we believe in preserving the Earth we live on.
All our products are packaged the same way whether they are a gift or not. We think everyone deserves beautiful packaging.
We ship worldwide from the UK, and shipping is free no matter where you are on the globe. Shipping usually takes between 7 to 10 business days.

Returns
We offer refunds or exchange on all items returned to us within 28 days. We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with tags.
If you do purchase an item that is the wrong size and you would like to exchange it for another size we will cover shipment for the replacement item once we have received the original.
